PADI Discover Tec

The Discover Tec program aims to do exactly what it says on the tin – it is a short course designed to teach you about technical diving and its equipment and let you try it out for yourself. Plus, Discover Tec can be credited towards the Tec 40 course if you are bitten by the bug.

What do you need to start ?
To participate in Discover Tec, you must:

- Be a PADI Open Water Diver equilvalent
- Have a minimum of 10 logged dives
- Minimum age: 18 years old
What will you do during your PADI Discover Tec Diver Experience ?
PADI Discover Tec embraces the Dive Today and Discover philosophies, allowing you to begin your training in the water. During one dive in the pool and one dive in the open water, the PADI Discover Tec experience makes it possible to try the equipment and perform some of the procedures to determine your level of interest. Learn about the technical aspects of diving and try it out. You will need your basic scuba gear and you will try technical scuba diving equipment.
What can you do after the PADI Discover Tec Diver Experience ?
The PADI Discover Tec experience can be credited towards the Tec 40 course.


Duration: 2 Days
Number of dives: 1 Pool dive + 1 Open Water Dive
