To glide with a Diver Propulsion Vehicle (DPV) through the water is like flying in space. You have to try it to believe. To do your trial ride underwater you need the PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization) and a minimum age of 12 years old.

The PADI Diver Propulsion Vehicle course consists of 2 open water dives which can be done on one day. During the program, you'll learn the techniques you need to know for safe diver propulsion vehicle operation. This includes:
Diver propulsion vehicle dive planning organization, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards
- Equipment and procedure considerations
- How to avoid harming fragile aquatic life
