For already qualified divers who want to grow into a PADI PRO there are three different Internship programs and a whole range of Traineeship options for all needs.
Internship means “training in exchange of work” The intern will have a “step by step training” learning all important skills in a dive center. In other words all experience will be made by “learning by doing”…… under the supervision and advice of an experienced professional of course. Depending on your initial certification level you need to invest 6 month or more to gain PADI instructor qualification. Traineeships are well organized and scheduled scuba careers programs.
